We provide complimentary shipping for all orders within the United States—no minimum purchase is required. Shipments are handled through trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Optional Delivery & Assembly for VIP customers or selected pieces may include a service fee of $50–$100; standard delivery follows the terms outlined below.

  • Made-to-order timelines

    Most pieces ship within 7–10 business days from our workshop. Your product page shows the current lead time. You will receive email confirmation when your order enters production.

  • Full tracking, door to door

    A tracking number arrives by email within 1–2 business days of shipment. Monitor your piece from workshop to threshold — we update you at every hand-off.

  • Fully insured against damage

    Every shipment is insured for its full retail value. Arrive to damaged goods? Photograph it and contact us — we replace, not argue.

How long until my furniture ships?

Many pieces are made to order. Typical lead times are listed on each product page and confirmed at checkout. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Will it fit my space?

Every listing includes dimensions and finish notes. If you’re unsure, contact us with room measurements — we’ll help you choose the right size and wood tone before you buy.

How do I care for solid wood?

Use coasters, avoid standing water, and dust with a soft dry cloth. Periodically refresh with a wood conditioner recommended for your finish. Natural wood will develop a richer patina over time.

What if I need to return or exchange?

We offer a 30-day window for eligible items. Made-to-order and custom orders may follow different terms—see our policies or reach out and we'll walk you through the best option.
